Come,
walk
with me
as I pour out my heart
remembering
who “I” is,
listening to the whispers
of the Heart…
Come,
walk
with me
amongst the clutter of the mind,
between the chaos and confusion,
surfing the waters of life together,
navigating the eddies in the flow
of the Heart…
Come
walk
with me
in the Stillness that connects us
to all that is true in this life experience
beyond the disturbances of the mind,
the malfunctions of the body,
and the deep pain of life
that breaks the spirit,
then opens us to
the depths

the whispers of the Heart calling:
Come… be with ME
Come... follow the path
of the Heart
Come... be still
in ME ~ the Heart...

why you are here:
to remember that
you are ME

Dearest Christne...Thank you for this beautiful post on the heart. From the words of a dear FB friend...
ReplyDelete"...Keeping the mind turned inward, it begins to feel like the Heart is eating the mind."
That's what is needed...someThing to eat the mind.
XOXO
-Leslie
Dearest Leslie ~ Wow - yes, exactly. Turning inward constantly to the Heart, Self, Beloved, True Nature. Keep coming back to the Self... And of course everything dissolves in That. Thank you for sharing that! Love, Christine

ReplyDeleteBlessedly gorgeous . . . thank you . . . just what I needed this morning.
ReplyDeleteThank you Darla :) Me too! :)
ReplyDeleteyes, yes. beautifully put, amidst, chaos and aching parts and anything else this body/mind can conjure up. reminds me of a lovely movie I saw today with friends called "Blessings" where several times it is mentioned how much we love our comfort, how much it can get in the way.
ReplyDeleteThanks ZDS :) Yeah, taking refuge in the Heart seems like a good remedy for what ails us...
ReplyDeleteAnd did you notice the 'dart' you created with your words? (In the Stillness that connects us)
ReplyDeleteA lovely dart to the heart from the heart.
You, sister, are a genius. :o)
Blessings,
Sandra
Hey Sandra :) Well I can't take genius status. :) I must admit the "dart" was *supposed* to be a heart, which I created in Word and then cut and paste into blogger, but it didn't keep the shape. :( The two little words that I had on either side of the top to make the heart curve shape merged, so I had to put them back in the top line... oh well :) Was supposed to represent all our "pain" being poured out, opening us deeper into the Heart of Hearts... But dart works too :)
