Ever
since B started his new job last November I have been seeing more of this:

He loves
his job, for which we are grateful, and has been putting in a lot of his own
time. At 62 he feels he has finally
found his “dream job.” Good thing! J
I feel his contentment, his dedication, and commitment. It inspires me… At 64 I know what my deep passion is… I just don’t know how to make it my life’s
work… Do they pay Mystics? J
A couple
of weekends ago B created this low tech (on purpose),
hands-on, interactive, communication tool (below) to help inspire the
people on his team to *engage* in dialogue and discussion – making the long
scroll by hand. It took him at least 8
hours to create, and was evidently a big hit, as it spawned many “workshop”
like meetings to clarify and hone the direction of the work project.
His
passion is not in making the scroll obviously, or even in working in the corporate world
again, but is to facilitate people, particularly with regards to a business
environment, to find their vision and direction, to bring clarity to the bigger
picture, using his mutli-dimensional technical expertise. That has always been his passion. And after many years of honing his professional
skills and gathering personal wisdom, he feels he now has the wisdom to put
what he loves into practice in a business environment. How often do you hear of that happening at this age!

Dear Mystic, this is wonderful, I am so pleased that your love has a passion rising and flowing, I think the timing is perfect for his wisdom to merge with said passion...

The Duke of Edinburgh's mother Alice, who was put into a mental asylum for two years and was an embarrassment to the royal family raised herself from the ashes at 63. Princess Alice gave away all her riches for the poor, became a nun and set up her own religious order! So there we are our Mystic roles do have a purpose! LOL. She is my ultimate heroin and role model! x
Yes, I think it was a matter of "timing" too - that B is now "taking off" in his career field.
DeleteI love the story of the Duke's mother! OMG... How often have we felt that way - like we're going crazy and then something pulls us out of the ashes... Although I don't see myself becoming a nun :) LOL But as you say "Mystics" do serve a purpose - fulfilling our "Divine Destiny" so-to-speak...

Wow... finding his dream job! That is wonderful! He wants to help people. One of our basics as humans, I think. :o) May that his new work continue to go well and expand the horizons of many. And it is a pity that the pay for mystics is so skimpy... LOL! ;o) My passion is simple--LOVE. To share it with others, and that they may find the rich sources of love within them selves and pass it along. Still working on how to get paid more for that too. ;o) But mostly it's a great gift to give away. Happy Day ((HUGS))
